Is it a bird? No, it's Joe! Joe has been whistling his heart out since he was five years old. Joe is well known nationwide for his ability to whistle virtually any tune. He can imitate bird calls and do impersonations of famous people.

• He was the subject of a feature article in the Daily Record on December 23, 2007.

• Joe has appeared in the following:

  • BBC documentary "Why Birds Sing," which was broadcast in the summer of 2007. 

  • The documentary film "Pucker Up" in 2005.

  • The feature film "Spring Break '83," produced by Big Sky Productions (to be released in spring of 2010).

• Joe has competed at the International Whistler's Convention for several years and was a finalist in 2004.

• He currently performs for WOR Radio in New York City and 103.5 FM KTU, "the Beat of New York."

• He is a frequent performer in churches and nursing homes.
